We deliver to most UK addresses, although delivery availability can vary depending on the product and your postcode.

Some products can be delivered to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK islands, while others may have postcode restrictions.

If you live in one of these areas or another remote location, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to check delivery availability for the product you are interested in.

Please note that our checkout cannot identify every product-specific delivery restriction. If you place an order that we later find cannot be delivered to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we are unable to arrange delivery, we may need to cancel the affected item or order and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Delivery times vary depending on the product and are shown on individual product pages wherever possible.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will keep you informed about delivery. For larger furniture items, our delivery partner may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date or delivery window.

If you order products supplied by different delivery partners, they may arrive separately.

Standard delivery is free for orders to eligible delivery areas.

Occasionally, deliveries to remote, island or restricted postcode areas may require an additional delivery charge. If this applies, we will contact you before accepting and arranging your order, explain the options and will not proceed with any additional charge without your agreement.

Yes, we accept returns in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Please note that collection charges and supplier conditions may apply to certain items.
